At Chikito, we are a dedicated team committed to providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Our team is led by Rupsa Mondal, with the invaluable support of volunteer helpers Saswata Mondal and Kanad Mondal.
Rupsa Mondal – Founder & Owner
Rupsa Mondal is the founder and owner of Chikito. With a passion for early childhood education, Rupsa has dedicated her career to creating a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. Her vision is to provide quality daycare services that support the developmental needs of young children.
Saswata Mondal – Volunteer Helper
Saswata Mondal is a volunteer helper at Chikito. With a background in technology and a keen interest in child development, Saswata brings a unique perspective to the team. He assists in organizing educational activities and ensures that the daycare environment is both fun and conducive to learning.
Kanad Mondal – Volunteer Helper
Kanad Mondal is also a volunteer helper at Chikito. His enthusiasm for working with children and his creative approach to problem-solving make him a valuable asset to the team. Kanad helps in planning and implementing various activities that engage children and promote their social and cognitive development.
